Clinical work can be deeply meaningful—and also demanding. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for thoughtful consultation or an early-career practitioner developing your professional identity, clinical supervision provides a structured space for reflection, support, and growth.
I have been providing clinical supervision and consultation to practicum students and mental health professionals for over 10 years. I completed the Canadian Association for Social Work Education Field Instructor training, which focuses on developing supervisory competence in mentoring clinicians, supporting ethical practice, and integrating theory with clinical decision-making.
In addition to my private practice supervision work, I have served as a graduate-level field instructor for students in the University of British Columbia Master of Social Work program, City University, Adler University, and Simon Fraser University’s Counselling Psychology program, supporting the development of emerging therapists as they integrate theory, ethics, and clinical practice.
I offer supervision and consultation for clinicians working in private practice, community mental health, hospitals, universities, and non-profit settings.
Clinical Consultation for Practicing Clinicians
(RSWs, RCSWs, RCCs, CCCs)
Clinical consultation offers a space to reflect on your work, deepen clinical thinking, and receive support from a colleague outside your workplace. Many therapists seek consultation when navigating complex cases, ethical dilemmas, or moments of professional transition.
I provide consultation for:

Clinical Supervision for RSWs Working Toward RCSW Registration
I also provide clinical supervision for Registered Social Workers (RSWs) in British Columbia who are working toward clinical registration (RCSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW).
The RCSW designation recognizes advanced clinical social work competence and authorizes social workers to independently assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions using the DSM.

A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent graduate credential
Required graduate-level coursework in clinical social work content areas
3,000 hours of supervised clinical social work practice
A minimum of 100 hours of clinical supervision, including supervision focused on diagnostic practice and DSM-based assessment

Supervision is tailored to your learning goals, practice setting, and the competencies required for clinical registration.
My Supervision Philosophy
Much like my clinical work with clients, my supervision approach is collaborative, reflective, and strengths-based.
I believe that clinicians often already possess the insight and intuition needed to navigate complex clinical situations. Supervision provides the space to slow down, think critically, and refine clinical judgment.
The supervisory relationship is grounded in:
trust and confidentiality
thoughtful clinical dialogue
ethical reflection
respect for your developing professional voice
My goal is not to impose a single way of practicing therapy, but to support you in developing a thoughtful, confident, and ethically grounded clinical identity.
If You Are Considering Supervision
